Role:
• Led the development of a BIM Execution Plan jointly developed by a Client, Lead Consultant, and Main Contractor before mobilization on site. Developed a framework for the handover of the Design Models from the Lead Consultant to the Main Contractor. The Main Contractor took ownership of the Design Models to produce their Shop Drawings, directly from the models.
• Defined the requirements for the implementation of BIM 360 Glue and Field and led the Main Contractor as the party responsible for implementing the technology.
• Defined the requirements for the implementation of a “Structural 3D Scanning to CATIA” process for the modeling of the façade panels.
• Established a set of Key Performance Indicators and developed an “Interactive BIM Dashboard” to display information from the models linked with Aconex through the Tableau platform. Show less
